Barry Chin is the founder and partner of Chin & Associates. Barry obtained his law degree in England, and he was admitted to the roll of solicitors of the High Court in Hong Kong in 1998 and has been in private practice ever since.

For the past 20 years, Barry has been accumulated rich experience in criminal litigation, matrimonial disputes, immigration law and commercial law. He has extensive experience with criminal cases which involve homicide/murder, sexual assault, fraud, and bribery. Furthermore, he handles a vast array of matrimonial disputes, those of which include civil celebrant, divorce, maintenance, child custody, and property distribution. Lastly, Mr. Chin has a solid grounding in immigration law, dealing with complications, such as dependant visas, citizenship, extensions of stay, appeals against refusals, and change of employer. Barry is also a Civil Celebrant of Marriages.

In addition, Barry also has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and represents clients across a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters.
